‘’LATK’’ society was founded in 24 September 2013. This society has several goals, but two of those are prioritized - rowing sports popularization and development in Latvia, as well as drawing the attention of rowing umpires, increasing their knowledge and skills, and modernization of umpiring process in Latvia.
Rowing sports club "Daugava"
Observing the situation of active rowers in Latvia, members of the association on November 4 , 2014 decided in favor for establishing the department, bringing together it’s members and giving them the chance to engage in rowing sports. And that is how the rowing sports club ‘’Daugava’’ was founded.
